...what would you do if i knocked on your door
would you take my hand or choose to ignore
would you smile beaming or furrow your brow unamused
would you give praise unseen that at least one of us had the balls
so...
...what would you do if i gave you a call from down on the corner
would you hang up or would you choose to talk
would my mere presence give you the strength that you needed
to reach out and take what has long been impeded
so..
what would you do if i took the initiative
cause you know that you cant
and know all ive got is to gain.
hear my name
take a good look
this could be the day
hold my hand
lie beside me
i just need to say
