i am just wondering where 10c tickets were for the west coast shows? Did we freaks take up the first 20 rows or so or were they dispersed throughout the venue, first row balcony and such?

i assume 10c had the front row locked down?

I went to both LA shows and as usual, 10c reserved the best seats...I believe they went back as far as 15-20 rows...

10c was kind enough to put me 7th row centre both shows I had 10c tix. First row was a bit of a different story. A) many people reported random "ticket swaps" whereby someone would ask you to follow them and would magically put you first row B) LA definitely had its fair share of "connected" douches also in the front row. I do not believe front row was part of the 10c ticket allotment.
  • I went to Berkeley1 and sat seven rows back on the right side of the theater. Great seats and great sound.
  • 3rd row dead center for Santa Barbara

I caught Santa Barbara, LA1, LA2 and SD2. SD2 was just ticketmaster, but I had great seats for the other 3 shows. 7th row just off center in Santa Barbara, and 4th row center both nights in LA (one night w/ my 10c number, the 2nd night with a friends 10c), which was awesome because the first 4 rows were in the pit and during the encores we all went up to the front. There's nothing like literally leaning on the stage and watching Eddie and Ben Harper kick the crap out of All Along the Watchtower... or even Big Hard Sun. It was great.

A friend of mine is a "celeb" and huge PJ fan in LA and his "connection" for tickets told him very specifically "hey, I might be able to get seats, there is no guarantee and if I do, they will be behind all of the 10c seats." And they were. He was in the 18th row or so for LA1, and had better seats with his 10c number for LA2, 7th row I think. And when I was in Santa Barbara, Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend were sitting about 10 rows behind me, so I don't think celebrity connections helped. All of their seats and ticketmaster seats were behind 10c. I wish they did the PJ shows that way!!! :D

That's pretty cool. People can bitch about the 10C all they want, but they do a hell of a job of hooking up the people lucky enough to score tix...

i was 2nd row right of stage at santa barbara... i talked to several people in the front row and they had horrible seats to start with and a crew member traded front row seats to them.
