do you wish
i'd sit real still
and never say a word
do you wish
i'd take it all
and promise not to tell
i used to think
you were my everything
in this tragic world
and now i know
you're nothing at all
but i still promise
not to tell
the lies you said
the truths you bent
the nights that never end
i'll sit real still
and never say
another word again.
hear my name
take a good look
this could be the day
hold my hand
lie beside me
i just need to say

    sometimes it's as if you don't have enough time to get it all down on paper. too many threads. too many directions and a mental wall trying to work out what to do with it all. at least the brain is working. :)
