waste away
disappear from view
self harm

my harm

your harm

whose harm?
think yourself into oblivion
carve the ache into soft skin
emaciate
disorientate
pick the scabs
so fresh...
...so new
a grinding inertia
the darkest stain
lost your mind?
you never owned it to lose

put your head down
into every day normality

allow yourself to feel happy
smile...
... and feel guilty

hell is in hello
goodbye.
hear my name
take a good look
this could be the day
hold my hand
lie beside me
i just need to say
