    honestly, I feel like I'm going to be sick to my stomach after reading that

    it's very real and very disturbing

    hard to believe that is reality for some

    it is disturbing to read and to know many, so many live that way.
    a life filled with pain and misery.
    how that dude sleeps at night is beyond me.
    how he can look himself in a mirror is beyond me.
    im trying hard these days to be a better person, not carrying bad energy
    around or give it out.
    but why cant evil/nasty ppl be put out of their misery and out of our lives?
    hearing stories about abusing women and children drives me nuts.

    how anyone can abuse someone whether it's mentally
    or any other way is a crying shame.

    and believe me from my experience there are females out there that can be way more wicked in the bad sense
    than even some guys can be.

    It goes both ways, females can be just as cold-blooded.

    I'm not wicked in the bad sense
    but I will defend myself at all times.
