perfect weather

grey leaden skies
fat dirty clouds
dirt drowning rain
lightning illuminates
darkness without
nothing within
thunder rumbles through
my very soul depth
perfect weather
for my perfect mood
at least mother nature obliged
when no one else did
hear my name
take a good look
this could be the day
hold my hand
lie beside me
i just need to say

    It really is awesome when the weather gives you an excuse.
