you want a nice vanilla life
filling up your bowl
and never want to take a chance
and pray that you'll die old
well fuck that bullshit
i don't want it. yet...
i think i want it all
but only on the terms i write
with my lover dying on the floor
i want to feel, to hurt, to scream
and thank the world that i'm alive
i never want to play it safe
or ask to stop the ride
i don't want to die a virgin
or be a cutie pie
i want to hurt and be hurt back
and search for what is true
i want to cut down to the bone
and do a decay dance
i want to do it all with you
and know what it means to truly live.
hear my name
take a good look
this could be the day
hold my hand
lie beside me
i just need to say
