you dont understand do you? you think what she feels isnt about you. that you have no impact upon her? surely you cant believe that. surely she's given you enough reason to believe... are you aware of how integrated you are in her life ?... her feelings... the very thoughts she awakes with. how the decisions she makes are sometimes based on your presence or lack thereof. do you ever take her into consideration? or do you just let her drift away and hope that she comes back? you know she doesn't understand. you attack her and it is foreign to her. after all this time she cant quite grasp what youre trying to say. have you not been listening? or do you just disregard all she's ever said. do you think because you lack faith that she does too? shes given you no reason to think that way. you know... if youre willing, she'll hold you steady. be your rock. but she doubts thats what you want. she doesnt know what you want. she suspects you dont either. but shell wait in quiet monastic contemplation... until the low light shines upon you.
