San Diego- Places to Stay

I'm having a hard time finding room in a hotel downtown- must be a big convention that week? I did find a B&B in Little Italy- would that be a good area to stay in? Safe for a single woman to walk around?

    That's not to bad. Little Italy is cool. I'm surprised you can't find a real hotel around the area. There's tons! But you will like it there. If not walking distance, real short cab ride to some fun places to hang out and drink and what not.
    I can get you a toe by three o'clock...
