Again, think upbeat acoustic pop song.
Capo on the 2nd fret

E.......................A
Your brown eyes smiling
D...................E
they never are blue
E...................A
And neither am I, my darling,
D....................A
when I am with you
I opened a package--
Found my heart inside
On the label was your address--
it read return to sender
So I put my heart back in my chest
and it started to beat again
So baby maybe you know best
...D.........................A...................E
or maybe you don't remember what I said
........D.....A............E
I said hey, hey, don't go
I said hey, hey, don't go

I lie awake at night
covered in sweat
Cause Mama always told me
the more you give you get
But I keep on giving to you--
ain't seen nothing yet
And I don't know what to do
so I turn on the light
But I can't erase your face
Something just ain't right
I still remember the place,
D............................A................E
do you remember the night when I said?

I said hey, hey, don't go
I said hey, hey, don't go

It's 4:21 a.m.
on a Saturday night
I sit at home alone
Swimming
Insanity Purchased
at a medium price
The only thing to life
is just to live it
So I get and get on
Missing you
No matter what you do
you better listen when I say

I said hey, hey, don't go
I said hey, hey, don't go

I'd be real interested to hear how somebody who has never heard me play this would play given the chord progesion but with no timing or strumming pattern. I give both but I don't have a metronome plus that would be cheating.

You musicians give it a try and let me know how it turns out! (I like it :))

With big two-handed chords riddled with mini pentatonics

When I play it with two guitars I'm constantly doing 7,8,9 note riffs and harmonics that, now that you mention it, would translate wonderfully to the ivory.
