How can I tell her that I'm sorry?
How can I ask her to forgive?
I can't even face up
And match me with what I did.

She shrugs and says it was a long time ago.
She smiles and says it doesn't matter now.
Me, I can't undo myself.
I've got to skin myself somehow.
If there was a chair in which I could comprehend, I would stand always and embrace the path
