drama always follows in your wake
my mind is filled and my heart is heavy
and to add your drama would be insane

I can hardly keep my head above water
and now you're coming to town
it'll only get harder

its true, I loved you once
but now that I am not blinded
by the mist that wasn't trust

I see what you are
I see what you do
I don't miss you at all
oh, and fuck you too

you've broken every boy's heart
including mine
but I took you back in time

that I regret,
a cheater once,
a cheater again

so when you get here
don't look me up whatever you do
don't come to this town
I don't want to see you
The most remarkable thing about you standing in the doorway, is that its you, and that you're standing in the doorway.

I write down good reasons to freeze to death in my spiral ring notebook. But in the long tresses of your hair--I am a babbling brook.
