Well I can't see you
through the sleep in my eyes
I don't know what you look like
cause I was drunk last night
I must have told you sweet things
to get you here with me
I woke up in your room
and my mouth tastes like weed

wake up with me
the shades are open
and the sun is shining

wake up with me
my head is pounding
my throat is burning

wake up with me
my heart is lonely
maybe you can change that
wake up with me
wake up with me

well you're so warm
lying here with me
I hope you don't have a roommate
cause I'm not wearing a thing
you open your eyes
and you look into mine
you crack a smile
and I hold you tight

wake up with me
your bed is soft
but not as soft as you

wake up with me
we are as naked
as the day God made us

wake up with me
I'm still a little drunk
but I feel great

wake up with me
please please
please
The most remarkable thing about you standing in the doorway, is that its you, and that you're standing in the doorway.

I write down good reasons to freeze to death in my spiral ring notebook. But in the long tresses of your hair--I am a babbling brook.
