I live in a world without color
A place where paradigms are never broken
And violence never fails.

The answers to my problems
Whether big or miniscule,
Always result in someone walking away crushed

Its all too much
Its more than enough
Its more than I can stand anymore

It’s a wild world out there
Lessons we’ve been taught ring true
But never judge a person until you’ve walked in their shoes

You’ve judged me by my face
My eyes, my hair, my past
It must have been too hard to see me for what I am

Its all too much
Its more than enough
Its more than I can stand anymore

Learn to appreciate everything you’ve ever had
You’ve been privileged but you still want more
Some people take what they can get and are thankful

Some people make their way through life
One plea at a time, one meal at a time, one breath at a time
But you stand there and still decide for others what they should do

You are too much
You’re more than enough
You’re more than I can stand anymore

I’m putting my foot down
I wont stand for it anymore
I wont stand for anything but for what is true, and what is myself.
"I cant hear you, but i feel the things you say"

  • Excellent. Both calm and intense.

Has the MAN got his boot on your neck?
  • First stanza is killer.

    Killer, I tell you!
