Watch the world from my bedroom window
All smiles and laughter from the land below

It doesnt get any worse than this
Walked out and about in the springtime evening
I might look calm but on the inside I'm grieving

I just sit in my cell with the door unlocked
Writing these words that no one will read
I need a change in this life that I lead

I'm nothing but a man
I dont show what I have inside
