Change The World

The colors of the spectrum blend
All those lies they told disappear
Fold away and build another universe altogether
No one's picked you up before
No one's ever told you the truth

How so does a man come to be grown
From the seed planted before our feet?
If the sun is blocked and the world becomes cold
How does this man grow?

The gaseous outer layer comes into view
All those friends you loved turn on you
They fuck with you, Fuck you up
Turn you to sand
After you lent them your hand
Is this how you get repaid?

How so does a man come to be grown
From the seed planted before our feet?
If the sun is blocked and the world becomes cold
How does this man grow?

It's tough to become what you are
It's hard when the world's so unfair
It's harder when you have no one there
So how does a man grow
To change the world
After having never seen a light
And only felt it's coldness
I say what I want, when I want. It's freedom of fucking speech.

Sperm, It's in you to give.

I used to have something to say... now I'm just a caricature of who I was... it's sad, that the one piece of me I wanted for you, is nothing but a misrepresentation of everything I am.

    yeah this is pretty good

for some reason light is a constant theme in my lyrics. maybe that's why i like it

this poem reminds me of once when i speaking to my grandma when i was about 10. She was talking about the light at the end of a tunnel. i saw it on tv and asked what it meant. she told me it was a metaphor and then i asked what the light stood for and she told me

    "you are the light"

to this day it's the nicest thing anyone has said to me

i'm rambling but the point is i like the poem
    the passenger is life

and ''sometimes life dont leave you alone'

    beauty.
"and then, one Thursday, nearly two thousand years after one man had been nailed to a tree for saying how great it would be to be nice to people for a change, a girl sitting on her own in a small cafe in Rickmansworth suddenly realized what it was that had been going wrong in the world all this time, and she finally knew how the world could be made a good and happy place. This time it was right and no one had to get nailed to anything. Sadly, before she could get to a phone to tell anyone about it, a terrible stupid catastrophe occurred, and the idea was lost forever."

    Well Done, Well Done Indeed!!
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green
  • you know, i could see that being a song.
    grand poem!
