It has been the same pattern
Waking up at 6am
every morning for 180 days a year,
and on the weekends, we'll drink some beer

It won't be the same when your gone
all of my friends
waking up at dawn
on the same journy as me

where will you go?
when can i see you?
how much will i miss you?

our time has suddenly been cut short,
i wish to god time would stand still,
but god can't answer this time,
left with pictures on my window sill.

to all of my friends who leave on a path
keep in touch, through the aftermath.
to miss somebody is like a stake through the heart
i wish we could get a brand new start

So for this last one year
have the time of your life
talk to me, laugh with me
because we will all miss this time
i'll miss you all, shed a tear

we got so much closer in 2 years
on the weekends we'll drink some beers

it has been said we would be happy to leave
but the truth is,
i'll give anything to wake up at 6am
to go to that all familiar place,
to see everyone's familiar face

To the class of 2006
forever friends
there'll be time for laughin'
there's no time to cry
soon i will be leavin'
look me in the eye
no matter what's in front of me
it's your face that i'll see
