Yes, I feel sick just writing the fucker's name.
Pirate's sail and lost boys fly
Fish bite moonbeams every night
And I love you
Godspeed, little man
Sweet dreams, little man
Oh my love will fly to you each night on angels wings
Godspeed
Sweet dreams
The rocket racer's all tuckered out
Superman's in pajamas on the couch
Goodnight moon, we'll find the mouse
And I love you
Godspeed, little man
Sweet dreams, little man
Oh my love will fly to you each night on angels wings
Godspeed
Sweet dreams
God bless mommy and match box cars
God bless dad and thanks for the stars
God heard "Amen," wherever you are
And I love you
Godspeed, little man
Sweet dreams, little man
Oh my love will fly to you each night on angels wings
Godspeed
Godspeed
Godspeed
Sweet dreams
the album is called Home... it's very very very very very nice
Gag me to the max!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but I didn't. I didn't want to be mean.
Great lyrics, true, I just have never gotten into their sound. Kudos for them though, they appear to have a great deal more substance than any other country rock band for certain.
With the notable exception of Wilco. They're amazing.
Godspeed little man
dont forget God's got bikes for little babies
with the worlds biggest kick stand.
God bless your little soul.
That doesn't sound like you
no... you said you would marry ME if i wrote that
conditional love's a bitch!
this last album of theirs is mostly bluegrass...
someone burned it for me
i like it
Where do you wanna go for the honeymoon?
:P
I want a divorce.
I have always loved The Goodnight Moon. Here is a story I pulled off the internet about this very thing. Reminds me of Maxi when he was just two.
My son, Fernando, is two. I've read him this book since he was a small baby. Lately he's decided that he doesn't like to have his diaper changed. Sometimes he tries to wiggle right off of the changing table. When that happens, all I have to do is start in, "In the great green room there was a telephone, and a red balloon..." and he quiets right down. Even when he's a grown man and I am an old lady, this book will remind me of that soft little boy's body, nestled in my lap, pointing to the red balloon with a chubby finger and exclaiming, "boon!".
you NEVER loved me in the first place
it was those fucking dix chix
i thought you'd like me better if i took you
home
