relax, it's all good

i feel your nervous energy
it courses through my body
whenever you are on the verge
of saying or doing something
that is very important
it's always been like that

the shivering starts
then my hands turn cold
a thrill runs up my spine
and there's a tingle
in a place that only a woman knows
what is it, my darling?

i don't really need to ask
i already know you're glad
now my thighs are hot/cold
and my jaw is clenched
yet i'm smiling
just be calm and relax

you take that deep breath now
because there is no need to worry
all will evolve and unfold
as it is destined to do
you could change that
but what good would it do?

i'm doing my best right now
feeling the love i should
for you and them and myself
take comfort in the fact
that it will never, ever change
though that's hard to accept

because it's never happened before
so where's the proof?
i have experienced trusting
and that's what i do best
because i give the benefit
of any doubt to you forever

call me a fool, i call you one too
but if it's been decided
once and for all
that it is true and everlasting
all that remains to do
is to be together

i miss you so much
your smell and your voice
your giggle and your quickness
your small snore, your smile
peace is all yours
the wish for all good

please don't let me
be all alone
i want you
and nobody else
that's real
that's the truth

    cool that was very good if i'm not mistaken there is downward spiral in the relationship and at the end she wants him back, while earlier they were intimiate and madly in love.
    The wind is blowing cold
    Have we lost our way tonight?
    Have we lost our hope to sorrow?

    Feels like were all alone
    Running further from what’s right
    And there are no more heroes to follow

    So what are we becoming?
    Where did we go wrong?

    i'm not so sure it's a downward spiral, but more of an evolution and coming to terms with the realities and unrealities, rather like a convergence and a reassurance. there may have been doubt that feelings are still strong.

    the sparkly madness and intimacy give way to comforting knowing of each other.
    yet there is still much attraction and love.
