you're not anything special
just the light in my eyes
you don't make any difference
just changed my world
when i see you in the dark
and hear your small voice
the shape and outline of your face
with hope burning behind it
i know how far you've come
just to catch a glimpse
of me
take a drag of your smoke
i don't mind
only you must unglue your arms
from your sides
and hold out your hands
break the spell of the paralysis
that you imagine envelopes you
it's me
for heaven's sake
it's only me
the one who lives only for you

it captures something.....which a butterfly net would be pressed to capture....something ephemeral about love.....the way.....we are unto each other everything and more....trust and more than trust.....love without trust......trust without love.....a dragonfly the wings of which have colour taht we can't paint.....this poem is that colour......and it's a beautiful song.....thank you

twelve voices were shouting in anger, and they were all alike. no question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. the creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but alredy it was impossible to say which was which
