the tears on my
pillow
from years
of love
to months of hurt
we go
we stay
we ride away
we love each other
we love the world
you float on by
on my river of tears
and you picnic
on my soul
you're happy
i let you
i let you eat my soul
and feed on my being
and i rot away
sniffle
sniffle
sneeze
sniffle

    It's a well known fact that drugs have caused paranoia, brain damage, and loss of reality in those that have never taken them.

    frustrating me
    with the fact that I can't breathe
    runny noses sing
    the worst of your problems aren't histamines

    like an angel your voice is true
    past all the sinus pain it rings through
    that without him you're much better
    you'll get over him like you spring out of winter

    and you'll leave the cold behind
    along with all of your salty reminders
    along with all of your blackened pictures
    along with all of your pillow cases stained with tears

    and you'll be free
    its hard to see now
    but you can live
    ---
