the calender says it's summer but it feels like halloween
and the blanket that i'm wearing is worn, from littlegirlhood
tattered and stained with teardrops, and juicedrops
and paintdrops...
little girl tears cover the blanket of my youth
little girl mistakes stain the warmth of my childhood

swaddled in memories, i snuggle up tight
with my taller, fuller body,
and my stronger, more aware heart...
and a more advanced mind
and a less pure soul

and i wonder:
would the little girl who stained this blanket be satisfied with who she became?
...or would she snatch away this blanket and say "gimme!" with utter disappointment??

things to ponder.

I think thats one of the coolest lines I've ever read
The most remarkable thing about you standing in the doorway, is that its you, and that you're standing in the doorway.

I write down good reasons to freeze to death in my spiral ring notebook. But in the long tresses of your hair--I am a babbling brook.

i once sat in front of a mirror and cried, because i could SEE that little girl inside. they say that every seven years your body is completely different... so you're really a different person than you were back then. so i looked myself in the mirror, and i could see glimpses of the little girl i was, and i knew that she was just a ghost, a memory. she's not around anymore. my body is completely different now. and i cried and i cried and stared into my own eyes in the mirror... and thought to myself "would the little girl i used to be, be ashamed of me today??"

thoughts like this can drive a person insane

but thoughts like this always come back...

anyway, that was kinda me goin' off on a tangent :p

Nadi Pie... I love you SO much. I hold you very dear to my heart. <333 I know you're stuck pondering, but there is always that enlightening moment where you can sit back, take a deep breath, and know you've done the right thing. :)

frozen memories in the iced glass tumblers of the past
and i'll hold the moment for an other who is love
and whose family needs a light, a light,
    to rise some
    somewhat higher
    to some motion
    it's just the motion
    is a movement of love
    and i feel

    so real is this girl,
    to feel -
    lest her passion
    is some fashion
    in a play
    by billy shakespeare
too complicated for some hostess with the mostess and yet ..
i want to be her man......
Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green

That is true. The body changes every 7 years, i remember reading about that in one of Chris' books he has. I think it was about becoming Zen or something. I have to borrow it from him sometime.

But Jessie dear, I totally understand girl, i mean, we all see the little child inside of us, and we wonder 'what the hell happened?' very sad to think about that. :(

that is true my sis, it is just scary what the known result will be until I see the person. I need to practice mediation.

love you sis and thank u!:)
