watching my boy getting so big,
wandering memories of how i once lived.
growing up so fast was painful for me,
that distant look in his eyes brings back haunting images.
i have suffered and do not want him to do the same,
i want him to laugh and smile ,
play all those childrens games.
he always seems to analize things,
its like looking in the mirror and seeing history.
stressful at times to reminisce through him,
making me ask whats on his mind,
seems to young to be so mature all the time?

    beautiful august
It was a dream, not a nightmare. A beautiful dream I could never imagined in a thousand nods. I saw this girl next to me, she wasn't beautiful until she smiled. And I felt that smile come at me in heat waves following. Soaking through my body and out my finger tips in shafts of color. And I knew somewhere in the world, somewhere, that there was love for me.

  • Awww sweetie, that is beautiful! I've seen that so many times too. It's heartbreaking, isn't it?
There was a whole inside his soul a manicure couldn't fill. So he found himself a whore to love while daisies choked in the windowsill. *JK*
  • yes it is heartbreaking i hate thinking there is something bothering him, or that hey may be overanalyzing things at such a young age:(
