I am in love again,
But this time
Is not
Like the others:

Her smile is a parachute,
And she breathes sweet moist air
Into my face
While we sleep.

  • I like the idea of "her smile is a parachute" because to me, this poem made me automatically think "falling" in love again. The idea of the falling and her smile as your parachute just seems so perfectly beautiful to me. I love it! :)

I really liked the "smile is a parachute" line, too. It made me think of a safety net, comforting.
