If--
when my roommate is gone
and the sun is high and crisp
and I don't have to go to work
and I am freshly showered and shaved
with food in my belly--
I stand without clothes on
before my cracked Wal-Mart mirror
turning from side to side
bending flexing
who will be there
to say I am not a beautiful man?

I think if you played with the meter of this a little bit, and threw a bigger pause in before the last two lines, this poem could move leaps and bounds - I've been missing out on a lot of good groovematic poetry, it's time to make amends

I am incredibly well, Ali. Thanks for your concern....I do miss the board, but I am incredibly in love and we are in that phase of never letting each other out of our sight....so board time has greatly diminished....but life is grand!!!
