Stupid Stupid Poem: Oct. 21, 1997

BhagavadGita

a peach, blue and pink sky
sighs as the sun sinks
away

you and i watch together
hand to hand because
we like it that way

one seems in rapture
in awe of the wonder

the other seems meloncoly as if her
world were put asunder

three minutes to the horizon she says
lovely and softly
puzzeled and bewildered he questions
her

i can, hardly amaze, it only lasts 3 minutes,
i wish it would last for days...
