from Walt Whitman - Pent-Up Aching Rivers

-O You and I. what is it to us what the rest of do or think?

What is all else to us? (excuse me if these are not quite right)
Only that we enjoy each other and exhaust each other if it must
be so?

From sex, from the ? and the ?

From the soft sliding of hands over me and thrusting of
fingers through hair and beard.

From the long sustained kiss upon the mouth onthe bosom.

From the close pressure that makes me or any man drunk from excess.

NOte to self:
like that line in a joni mitchell song

OH I COULD DRINK A CASE OF YOU AND I WOULD STILL BE ON MY FEET, OH I WOULD STILL BE ON MY FEET eddie + debbie
