    2. Family - They go through a lot for me and support me and I am guilty of not doing the same or as much as I should.

    Whoa!  I am sooooooo grateful right now!  Saturday, my car suddenly filled with a horrid smell and white vapors started pouring out of the edges of the hood.  I had it towed to the shop which, thankfully was open.  They said it was just an overflow of coolant and took care of the problem  Great!
    But wait!  Last night, on my way home, a warning buzzer, check engine light, and dash light went off.  I was so close to home I just limped it there and called the towing company again and they took it at the dealer shop to keep over night.  This morning, our service rep called and said the problem was a part in the hybrid cooling system that needed replacing and they are on back order for at least two weeks.  Oh no!  I really need my vehicle this week.  I have some very worrying dental issues I need to see about tomorrow.  Called the car rental place.  They had nothing available.  Oh no!
    But wait!  Just got a call from the shop.  Our amazing service rep just called and she said she had not only managed to find the part, but sent a driver down to Roseville to pick it up and the car is ready!  I gave her a credit card number and will pick ride in and pick it up this evening.  YES!!!  That young lady is our hero! 
    Now, if only my luck holds out so well at the dentist tomorrow, LOL!
