I have a picture
"writing on the wall"
from a dog-less
dog house
got it when I was
left alone one time
it is now a poster
on a closet wall
Love, Peace
the message it shines
as bright as the sun
to keep me from darkness

i like your poem
vivid
"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."
Chief Joseph - Nez Perce
it is vivid
white and green
brightness
lived just fine
with the way
things were
no one knew
but us
who needs
a bunch of freaks
hanging around anyway ?
freaks
from bloodshot eyes
blood pours
from a cracked heart
how much
she loves you
exactly what here
makes you think
that I've treated
someone badly ?
not one mean thing
was said
Your body of work as a whole has a theme of threats and nastiness and it's just there. Over and over again. That repetition thing. It's yours.
But, it's none of my business.
Carry on.
I had to leave someone that I love this morning.
It might be a while before I will see him again.
All I did was tell him that I enlarged a picture.
The picture sheds a bright light that keeps me
from darkness and a blue chair that he knows about.
I know that he would smile at everything that was said.
He knows what it all means.
No threats or nastiness anywhere.
and I will carry on
you name it dude, . . .
life, love, work, money, dickheads
