one is not enough

A single word is not enough
on its own
to persuade the human thought.
To sway, stagger, let alone
even draw the attention
of one man
is beyond its imagination.
But two words...are incredible.
That second expression holds so much potential
to add to the first an idea, emotion,
death or life, hate and love.
AND!
It is the definition of "and"
that lives in the second word!
The limitless, unstoppable, unquenchable energy
inside one extra word!
The end.
"The" alone is meaningless,
with "end", however, everything changes.
A decision is made and life moves on...or doesn't.
For instance my life means much more than my hat.
But i suppose there are words better left alone...
Touche.
Between the conception and the creation

Between the emotion and the response

Falls the shadow.
