looking in

Lips pursed, luscious and full.
The taste, sweetly familiar.
So much so that now-
As I think on it,
The flavor fills my mouth.
Your scent wafts through the nose.
Consuming all the senses.
Closing your brown eyes,
You lean in and surrender.
Lips, ever so soft,
Meet for eternity,
Sending chills down spines.
But lightning bolts mine.
I am on the outside, looking in.
Not me you feel,
But him.
