Next Year?

Welcome back... to this place
this place we call "home"
It's been awhile since we've met...
Not a lot has changed, just the direction I want to go

The skies have cleared the clouds away
The sun is shining down,
giving a brighter view on me and you

When you left, I was a mess
but I got through it all...
and see the potential that was blocked before

The potential of a new life,
sharing in your happiness...
giving you what you deserve
Wake up next to you one day,
serve you breakfast in bed

For now,
I'll admire you from afar...
until you are ready to come into my world
Hopefully I'll be worth your wait...
I know you've been worth mine.

  • this is nice
    You ask me to enter
But then You make me crawl
And I can't be holding on
    To what You got
When all You've got is hurt
    ----
    Underneath this smile lies everything
All my hopes and anger, pride and shame

you surely know how to push it.

this brought tears to my eyes.

it's the same feelings i have for someone and i always will, until that day he welcomes me into his world and serves me breakfast in bed.

    goodness.
