Can someone direct me to a high res copy of the picture of Ed & Jeff that appears on the cover of "Five Against One" book? I know I've ran across it many times over the years, but can't seem to find it now. Also, does anyone know if it has ever been printed in poster form?

I think that photo is a classic shot and would appreciate any help. Thanks.
