Each car
looks the same.
Every street
has a dead end,
with no name.
Every sunset
looks lonely,
to me.

I've emptied my eyes,
for you.
I know I won't stay,
without my love.
As I look up above

Pretty cool. I like the party about emptying your eyes. Very deep and meaningful.

Personally, I'd like to see you add a bit more to it, though. It seems to be building up, then it just stops.

I understand. If you choose to leave it that way, it works well, but you can always come back to it later...if more emotions allow you to do so.

Maybe you were, but it came out nicely. To empty your eyes could mean you poured out your tears or that you won't look at anything else! It's good either way.

This was a rather surprising short poem. Full of emotion and meaning. I don't think you need to add anything. I think it's friggen wonderful like it is.
