Some Feelin

I'm all wet,
with rain.
I'm wind blown,
by your hurricane.
I'm speechless,
by the sight of your smile.
I'm froze,
by our conversation.

Night falls,
and I'm still starstuck.
In your world,
of the unknown.
This is some feelin.
It doesnt hurt.... when I bleed
but memories...they eat me
I've seen it all before,...
bring it on cause I'm no victim.

....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......
  • I like how you've humanized the elements in this poem, a poet, ie. "I'm wind blown, by your hurricane"---this line reminds me of that Neil Young song, "you are like a hurricane, there's calm in youir eyes...". This is great! :)
