All I wanted was a piece of you
Just enough to wet my lips
A taste

All I wanted was a piece of you
Enough to fill my desires
Satisfy my sweet tooth

All I wanted was you
All of you
The whole picture
A picture I can frame
A frame to put on my wall

Your all I see these days
It doesnt hurt.... when I bleed
but memories...they eat me
I've seen it all before,...
bring it on cause I'm no victim.

    that slice of life i pictured with you,
    has now been framed with loss,
    tiled floors have patterns by designation,
    as is my memory of this love, some woman,
    still living pictures should rest,
    surrender my true love to infinite space,
    she's alive with a life of her choice,
    i'm alive with my own and my self.
    Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
    As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
    And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
    He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
    What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
    Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
    And his tears fall and burn the garden green

    both poems are touching.....how hard is it for people to connect? to drop all their masks and be open and real......to reach for that common humanity and the beauty of love?
    ....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......

    not hard if it is right. some time.

    Dancing stems
    Swan neck wisps sway
    Sea horses
    Snapped whips
    So very rhythmic
    So very elegant
    Dancing Giraffes
    Lambs tongue
    Water slides
    long grass blowing in the wind
    Really very
    beautiful long grass
    Dancing
    Coat tails
    Skirt hems
    Long stems.

    which now only bittered the sublime dreams and visions of you
    Shattered glass, shattered me in my hands - all the expectations and promises of you cut away -
    A framed reference of only 1 point in time -
