is he the one that wrote the poems about fire and ice, mending fences, chosing the path less travelled and on about a young boy who died and everyone going on with their lives? I think we studied some of his poems in highschool. I really loved them.

(i had always loved the poems of robert frost; then someone told me he was a spousal abuser. . . it kind of ruined it for me for a long time, but i don't actually know if it's true. Does the anybody know the skinny on that -- terribly slanderous rumor or true?)

regardless, the poems are very truthful, and i like them again as i did when i was a kid.

Pearly.....I kind of got turned off Ted Hughes for his abuse (perceived or real) of Sylvia Plath......but I didn't know that about Frosty.......guess I was never much of a fan anyway......but I'm a fan of women.....and if these gargantuan men wanna go round stopping them/shutting them up/or beating them up......well, I personally could never get into them.....as if we didn't have enough shit in our lives......
