Jeremy was number 11. Edwin McCain said "that band is just badass". And Chris Booker, former MTV veejay, said that he still catches as many shows as he can when they come around and noted that they are "an amazing band".

It must have aired again. I saw it 2 or 3 months ago. Teen spirit #1? Boooo.
U2 is on that list.....I have sent an email to VH1 asking them to be removed....I truly hate them.
I thought I was the only one that thought U2 was garbage.
On the 100... there was only one video per band. I thought that was stupid.
i wonder that if jeremy didnt have such an intense/memorable video, would the song still be considered as great as it is? dont get me wrong, i love the song, but alive, even flow, and black are just as great.
thats cool.......I GUESS. when the fuck are people going to realize TEN wasnt their only album? nice comments, but vh1,mtv, watever, they need to stop lookin at 10.

They're better...
you thought wrong
when PJ opened for them i was thinking "shouldn't this be the other way around?"
U2's first album was ok but i never understood the hype
I'm riding on the same ship.:)
Me too... Bono is such a tool...
And I agree, Teen Spirit is NOT #1 and Bono bothers me!
Peace
many songs do scream for a video....but Release, Small Town and Indifference arent any of them

You are partially right with that comment. It more seemed like 100 greatest bands, and their most overplayed song THAT HAD A MUSIC VIDEO. Even with Vh1's top hard rock songs, there were only a handful of songs that didn't have a music video (Even Flow being one of them), but it Vh1 can't do these shows without having noticeable music video's representing the songs.
