what's a fire without fodder?
smoke blends in with thoughts and prayers
cars go and traffic stops
attention wanders
at the sight
of what appears to be life

confetti rains
all the noises cancel each other out
a silent film always in need of extras
subtitles and body counts
apparently the ending is a given

possbilities abound
wagers placed
a or z?
yet i can't chose
if i got holes in my pockets
yet i can't be saved
if all the temples have been destroyed

I like your style yerrey, but I think in this poem the first two stanzas are much stronger, and the imagery is linked together tighter than the last stanza, but it shows a lot of promise
