five days and counting

your silence hints at a change
pesimissim isn't just another passing mood
if it's hanging above my head for the fifth day straight

i left the world hanging
so that i can balance myself with your hello
i can't stand anymore silence
my heart has gone thru enough breaking

the past leaves slower than tomorrow's arrival
the sky is grey and it's not b/c of the coming rain
there's someone out there for everyone
oh how i wish i could believe that

  • Sometimes silence can be golden....Not the silent treatment though... I love this poem
    Don't need a raincoat, I'm already wet..
