in a writing forum i signed up for a few days ago there are rules about using proper grammar and capitalization in your posts. and a poem that i posted using lowercase "i's" was critiqued negatively because of that. now, obviously it was just a suggestion to change them to capital "I's", but still, why?
Personally i like to use lowercase because it just feels more powerful to me. especially when writing a poem that has a lonely/sad/powerless tone. what do you think about this?
i wish i was the verb "to trust" and never let you down

I dont like it, how can you be expressing yourself if you have to write it their way.Like you said, punctuation, or lack of it, can convey meaning in a written piece.
Keep using the little 'i' i will.
It's a well known fact that drugs have caused paranoia, brain damage, and loss of reality in those that have never taken them.
