I can feel
the warmth
of my name
as it slips
from your lips,
fills the space
in between,
resonates
eternally,
echoes across
the universe,
and becomes
part of the cosmos.
The vehicle
through which
consciousness
radiates
is accepted
as temporal.
We walk
without fear.
We talk
without fear.
Always connected.
Always free.

Thanks for sharing that, westside. I'm so glad you connected my poem with that experience as it's precisely what it's all about. That we really are eternal, in a sense.
pinon! Nice to see you! Are you still taking lots of beautiful photographs??? I remember I liked your B&W's with the splashes of colour, in particular, your umbrealla pic. I hope you're still capturing all the beauty!

And I won't make the same mistakes
(Because I know)
Because I know how much time that wastes
(And function)
Function is the key
I could imagine REM's Walk unafraid playing in the background, whilst I read it...
I really like the final verses, simple but powerful
Good stuff.
Gawd, somebody actually bumped a poem--LOL!
Thanks for reading my red eyed friend. (Where's the red eyed smiley??)
Jeez, and thanks to depop (long time no see ), Frederico, and Buru--Yoooohooo! I like that it put you in mind of a good tune...yeah, really cool.
