Exhale, diffuse
All is natural
Thoughts arrive
They are just thoughts
And there is goodness in everything
And each of us is good
Everyone has potential
Everyone, everything connected
All part of eternity
All one, all together
Open, tender-hearted, fearless
Encouraging, appreciative, caring
Inquisitive, innocent, genuine
Trancending all space and time
Finding the now, touching reality
Seeking knowledge, seeking peace
Confident and joyful in sadness
Full of pure, true love
Concerned for earth, in tune
Believeing in the greater good
Just being and letting be and therefore, free

    Being Enlightened - you are like an angel down from the heavens.

    These days it seems like we’re surrounded by negative facts and figures and numbers and defeatism of the spirit and I’m just beginning to drown in it. I’ve been desperate for something, anything in this world that opens its arms and breaths a blessed yes!!!!

    And here you are, my saving grace.

    Oh coleen, I know what you mean!!!!! I was getting all caught up in that negativity and then, I decided to relax and really think about things and remember the goodness.

    amidst the hopelessness, a ray
    of sunlight reaches to the ground upon
    which i stand
    and play
    a dance i learned
    so long ago when all was new
    and giving

    caress impress and multiply thyself and family
    bringing into life
    another of your kind
    pray for God to bless this house
    and all
    that you exhale

    at night watch galaxies go round
    and arms come down your shoulders
    to your waist and hip
    and sigh
    live to dwell among the flowers sleeping
    soundly sleeping
    in the dark

    It's raining and foggy here. :(

    But it's sunny and happy in my heart when I read all the lovely things you wonderful wordy folks have written in this forum. :)

    A shameless bump due to the fact that my creative juices are not flowing and I've nothing new to offer but a smile and I think this poem is the best way to show that smile. :) Warm wishes for a Monday morning everybody!

    Hey Being Enlightened you stranger! My daughter hasnt given me anything to post on here! She is one busy girl, She is learning to play guitar to put some music to those great lyrics she wrote.     To the enlighted one. Thanks for sharing your happy thoughts to brighten my gloomy day. Sometimes it is hard for me to look at all the positives, but you help to really put them into focus.
