Being Enlightened

runs at you
and knocks the wind
right out of your lungs,
and when you're finally able
to breathe a little, just a little,
it's hard, chocking sobs
that wrack your entire being,
and there's this aching
in your chest, this heaviness
that feels like it will never disappear.

    Excellent BE!!!! I can relate to this in many areas of my life. It is just beautiful and the sadness so difficult to overcome!!!!

    :) Aww, thanks! Yeah, that's how I feel when I'm really down and out sad...sorry you can relate but I guess, in a way, it's good that you can, at least you know you're not alone! :)
