Holding the hand of innocence,
She smiles
And steps into the garden,
Eyes open,
Senses tingling from top to toe,
All alive,
Seeing things so clean, so clear,
So fresh,
A magnificent sunrise with open arms,
A welcoming,
Pure and true and free as a bird,
She flies,
Heart soaring up through the clouds,
She cries,
Amazed by the simplicity of it all!
