She came riding in on a red lightning bolt,
and yet,
she was still calm before the thunderheads burst,
pouring life into the ground,
nourishing my hard day's work.
My thumbs are still pink, much to my dismay,
but hope,
and Mother Nature seem to be on my side today.

    ....they're asking me to prove why I should be allowed to stay with my baby in Australia, because I'm mentally ill......and they think I should leave......

    :D LOL! Well, it's an absract piece, I suppose. :D Hee Hee! I was working in the garden this weekend, trying to bring life to the dirtpiles in my front yard. I'm a little achey from all the work but man, it's looking good out there right now! :) I just hope I can keep the flowers and plants I bought alive as I'm not much of a green thumb. :D

    must look up Being There....the film with Peter Sellers and all his little wisdoms as Chancey Gardener......must look up the script and add it to my favourite quotes thread in another forum......

    I'm not much of a gardener....I live in an apartment.....I admire them though....hehehehehehehehe

    Peter Sellers was great in The Party!!! :D If you haven't seen it, it's very cute and funny.

    Shoot, girl, I admire them gardener types too!
