Winter moon
pierces the night,
gives purpose
to my purposeless
wanderings, ponderings,
meanderings, ganderings.
"Oh, celestial pearl!",
jewel of the night,
reflecting
on lake's lips,
frost bitten kiss,
lingering, fingering,
tingling, mingling
breaths with airiness,
gives purpose,
pierces the night,
winter moon.

    Oooo, I love when the moon is orange...*sigh*...mmmmm, so beautiful! :) It was full a few night's ago but it was a crisp, cold winter's moon hanging over our skies. :) Still just gorgeous.

    codedbrandedlabelled! :) Star Wars moons are THEE coolest! :D They look so strange surrounded by the early morning skies, like we are in a different world 'er sumfin'. :) I always find myself staring up at the moon when it catches my eye. I don't know, but for some reason, I find looking at it very calming, moreso at night when it's hovering over the lake by my house. It's just breathtaking!!! And, me boy, I think we are a part of something much bigger---I mean, just think of all the stars and planets and moons

    And Ali-gali, I hope your next trip under the red (harvest) moon is much more pleasant! It is the prettiest of all moons, IMHO. :)

    Yeah, work can be the suck! I concur! :D That's why, when I'm feeling like I need a day for me, I give 'er the ole *cough, cough, I won't be in today". :D Sometimes ya just gotta take some time for yourself. :)
