There's a little man in my head
with a pick-axe,
he's trying as hard as he can
to pry loose all the stuff jammed
together up there,
but i won't let him
because he's too sexually frustrated,
and it doesn't seem like a good time
yet
to fill the world with my thoughts.

well find your man a kindred
beware the mellow or hollow or hazy eyed girls
who might gnaw and tear at his tender heart
get him brown cow or black ox eyes
    perhaps even grey-sea eyes
    mysterious, glimmering and patient eyes
and let happiness cover them both with kisses
and let faith and hope teach them how
to accept the gift they've been given

only don't keep the words all inside
even if they aren't meant to shine here
to think that they'll never be free
is like imagining no lights will ever be scattered across the night sky again

I like this. Reminds me of stuff I've written

I like this, too. Reminds me of stuff coleen has written.

    OH YEAH?

    "flashes of lightning
blazing in the sky. so smile.
    god's taking pictures"

i like THAT one because it reminds me of something radar wrote
  • I've been quoted.
**blushes, rubs crotch, heads to restroom**

Actually, you could've quoted "Oh, Yeah" since that was your subject heading (I said head-ing)
