That's Driving Me Insane

muffled and clouded
vision
he said
out into the night
green and flashing
and rubbing his eyes
he looked to his right into
his kitchen
and into the darkness
and into his mind
and typing the words out
and hearing the sounds
car-noise
ear mumbles
chin scratching
makes him blink his eyes
and take a sip of fruit drink
and wonder what it has been
he's been up to.
