Great Feelings
Complacent cocky incomplete
as he studies certainly serious slabs of meat
scattering the fields of a madman's dream
compounding ignorance of corpses' backwards feet.
In his words, a torrent of fictitious facts
displayed before baffling numbers of sour hacks
all desiring to reach their big shift of shameful shock
but achieving not pith, what each truly lacks.
Come now, hear my truth
as much as can be heard from Ruth
at least, any biblical word might resound with as much;
as much truth you here now remember, sooth.
Liars are beheld in your mind's eye, fool.
A painted vision of a liar can grip reason's pull.
How easily you jump to silly conclusions, having considered vast amounts of knowledge
You forgot that man's greatest feelings are man's greatest tool.

Hearing the clock
occurs when all is still.
How you did mock
me, when I lost the will...
The will to consider time's importance
is something that fades with wisdom.
I am just going one step at time's chance;
it is a gift of His kingdom.
Singular Fortitude
Mother's money mostly means
little to the poor old goat.
He grabs and paws with rich envy
because her little stockpile extends beyond Earth.
Singlehandedly undermining
"I think she owes you"
but really, "She owes me!"
